Best hiking trails near Gothenburg in spring

Just moved to Gothenburg and looking for great day hikes. Tried Delsjön last weekend and it was beautiful — any other recommendations? Ideally something reachable by tram or bus.

Try Slottsskogen to Skatås! It's a gorgeous trail through the forest and you can take tram 1 or 2 to get to the start. About 8 km round trip.

Änggårdsbergen is amazing too — it connects to the botanical garden. Very easy to reach by bus. Pack a fika and enjoy the views!

If you don't mind a short bus ride, Vättlefjäll nature reserve is incredible. Much less crowded than trails closer to the city center.
